Students and staff of RTM, Bishalgarh identify themselves as RTMIANs and therefore, the core values of the college have been chosen to keep in mind their identity. The core values of the college are mentioned below:
R = Respectful: The RTMIANs should respect every human being and every object of nature.
T = Truthful: RTMIANs must speak the truth habitually.
M = Mature: RTMIANs should behave mentally and emotionally like an adult. They should respond to the environment in an appropriate manner.
